The government's failure to provide "adequate" attorney to represent a British woman sentenced to death in Indonesia for drug trafficking is a violation of their rights, the Supreme Court said.
Lindsay Sandiford, 56, of Cheltenham, will be executed by a firing squad, unless it manages to appeal the ruling. She has no money for a lawyer, the court heard, and less than two weeks to present a defense complex in Indonesia, a language he does not speak.
